Wade Eason began his construction career in 1970 with S.T. Wooten Corporation, following in the footsteps of his father and learning early that hard work and integrity are non-negotiable. After more than two decades of hands-on experience in the field. Wade started his own company in 1992 with a simple commitment: deliver quality work, stand behind every job, and outwork the competition.
Over the next three decades, that commitment became a reputation. With more than 55 years in the construction industry, Wade built the company the same way he built his career – through determination, grit, and personal involvement in every project. Even today, though semi-retired, he remains active in the asphalt paving division, still carrying the same drive that started it all.
Now, the legacy continues...
The company is led by his son, Shane Eason, with 30 years of experience. This experience carries the values of craftsmanship, accountability and pride in a job well done. Under Shane’s leadership, Andrews Grading & Paving continues to grow while staying true to its roots.
With the recent addition of Wade’s two grandsons to the team, a third generation is now helping shape the future of the business. Their involvement represents more than growth – it represents continuity, family pride, and a long-term commitment to serving the community with excellence.
